Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences:
❌ MINORS (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
Do not use Omigle if you are under 18. Do not share, request, or display content involving minors. This is illegal and users are responsible for following all applicable laws.
❌ Harassment and Abuse
Do not harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users. This includes hate speech, discriminatory language, and verbal abuse. If someone asks you to stop or skip, respect their wishes.
❌ Adult Content
While Omigle is an 18+ platform and adult content may occur, users engage at their own risk. We do not monitor chats. If you're uncomfortable, use the "Skip" button immediately. Never share illegal content.
❌ Spam and Advertising
Do not spam, advertise products/services, promote websites, or solicit users for commercial purposes.
❌ Impersonation
Do not impersonate others, including celebrities, public figures, or other users.
❌ Recording Without Consent
Do not record, screenshot, or capture video/audio of other users without their explicit consent.
❌ Violence and Gore
Do not display or discuss graphic violence, self-harm, or disturbing content.
❌ Illegal Activity
Do not engage in or promote illegal activities, including drug use, human trafficking, or any criminal behavior.

You can end any chat at any time by clicking "Skip" to find a new partner.
🚨 Report Violations
If you encounter illegal activity or severe violations, report it to appropriate authorities.
🤔 Be Skeptical
People may not be who they claim to be. Do not trust strangers with sensitive information or requests.
🔒 Secure Your Device
Use updated browsers, enable privacy settings, and ensure your camera/microphone are only active when you want them to be.
What to Do If You Encounter a Problem
Disconnect Immediately
Click "Skip" or close your browser to end the chat.
Do Not Engage
Do not respond to threats, harassment, or illegal requests.
Document If Necessary
If you witness serious illegal activity, note details and report to local authorities.
Block and Move On
Use the skip feature to find a new, respectful chat partner.
Enforcement
Omigle does not actively monitor chats. Users are responsible for their own conduct and for reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities. We are not responsible for user behavior.
If you witness illegal activity: Disconnect immediately and report to local law enforcement or relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.

Remember: Omigle does not monitor video chats in real-time. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you understand the risks of anonymous online communication and agree to use the service responsibly.
